RETURNS
You can have confidence when ordering from RiderStop.com.  If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 15 days of receipt, less the shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 15 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

 

WARRANTY
All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by JSP Enterprises,LLC or RiderStop.com. RiderStop.com is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 15 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded. Claims reported after 15 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of RiderStop.com and JSP Enterprises, LLC at no charge.

Orders of less than $150.00 have a flat $10.00 shipping charge in the Continental U.S. and a flat $20.00 shipping charge outside the U.S.  Orders that are shipped outside the U.S. which are between $150.00 and 250.00 have a flat $15.00 shipping charge.  All in stock items are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, or USPS. We try to use the service that will provide the fastest delivery to you and actual delivery time will vary according to your location. (In most cases delivery is made within 5-10 business days from the date of the order.) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its availability.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

TAXES
RiderStop.com does NOT charge sales tax on any orders.  If you are an Oklahoma resident, RiderStop will pay the sales tax for you.

 

BACKORDERS
In the event that all or part of your order is backordered, we will notify you within 48 hours of the initial order and work with you to find the best resolution.  This may include waiting for the item to become available, substituting a different item of comparable value/design, or issuing a refund for the backordered item.

 

CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours (1 business day), cancellation of an order must be received within the first 24 hours after placing the order. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email us if you wish to cancel an order.
